In hemp flour we find both types of proteins: structural and biologically active. Structural proteins include collagen, creatine and fibrogen, these being the main constituents of bones, skin, hair, ligaments.
The protein in hemp flour contains all 8 essential amino acids without which our diet would be severely affected: arginine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, valine.
This flour is also a rich source of vitamin E (good for the nervous system) and contains essential fatty acids: Omega 9 and Omega 6 and Omega 3 in the optimal ratio of 3: 1, which helps keep blood vessels clean and to regulate lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, preventing the occurrence of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

- Rich in minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and manganese;
- Hemp protein flour is suitable for people who are lactose or gluten intolerant and for those who are sensitive to other allergens.
In bread, biscuits, biscuits or cake recipes, hemp flour is mixed with other types of flour and the gluten content is up to 20%.
